Transmission system charges
This page contains details of the charges that users of the gas National Transmission System (NTS) have to pay and how they are calculated.
NTS transportation charging statements
These documents are current and historic gas transmission transportation charging statements. They set out the transportation charges that apply (currently or previously) for using the NTS.
These documents are final notices for gas transmission transportation charges and related information.
These documents are 150-day indicative notices of intentions to change gas transmission transportation charges.
NTS quarterly charge setting report
These documents provide greater transparency to the processes and data we use to set the NTS system operation (SO) and transportation owner (TO) commodity charges.
Long-term revenue forecasts
These documents provide greater transparency of the individual cost components and how these contribute to charges to assist NTS users in forecasting any future fluctuations and price changes.
NTS transportation model
We have developed the transportation model to add greater transparency to the NTS gas charging methodology. These documents are not intended to give a detailed account of the capacity charging methodology.
The NTS transportation and connection charging methodologies are part of UNC TPD Section Y. Changes to the methodologies must be carried out using the UNC governance and change management processes.
On behalf of the Gas Transporters, the Joint Office publishes information regarding Transportation Charges. Indicative and actual charges are published here, along with any consultation papers
